GET /api/v1/tasks/runs/{run_id}/events - SSE stream of execution events.
Stream events
GET /api/v1/tasks/runs/{run_id}/eventsReturns a Server-Sent Events stream. Late-connecting clients receive all prior events from the database (replay buffer).

The stream closes when the run reaches a terminal state.
